How Aroos works.
Aroos is where pre-loved bridal and wedding-guest wear finds its next wearer. Buyers and sellers talk directly — here's what to expect.
Handover & returns
Aroos connects you with the seller directly — we don't hold stock, process payments, or ship on anyone's behalf. Once you've found a piece, you message the seller on WhatsApp and the two of you agree how it changes hands: a courier, or meeting in person.
Because every piece is pre-loved and sold as described, returns are arranged between buyer and seller. We ask every seller to photograph honestly and note each flaw in the listing, so there are no surprises when it arrives.
Sizing & fit
Every listing carries the seller's own measurements — taken by hand, not a label size. The most reliable way to judge fit is to measure a piece you already own that fits well, and compare.
Many joras can be taken in or let out. If you love something but the numbers are close rather than exact, ask the seller what's possible before you commit.
